Welcome to Sunnie Vibes Studio We’re so happy you’re here. To help us hold a calm, supportive, and respectful space for everyone, please review the studio information and policies below.
Pre Registration
We encourage you to register and pay in advance. We have a set maximum capacity for classes, so we encourage everyone to register and pay in advance. If you choose to drop in instead of registering in advance, there may be a chance you won’t be able to join us if the class is full.
Parking
Cancellation Policy
We have a 2-hour class cancellation policy. You must cancel at least 2-hours prior to your class. No refunds will be given. If you cancel within the 2 hour window a credit will be added to your account.
Late cancellation penalty:
For limited class credit holders (drop ins, class packs), late cancellation will result in the loss of the class credit.
For unlimited class holders (memberships, intro offers), late cancellation will result in a $10 fee.
No-show penalty:
For limited class credit holders (drop ins, class packs), no shows will result in the loss of the class credit.
For unlimited class holders (memberships, intro offers), late cancellation will result in a $15 fee.
We are not responsible for no-shows due to late arrival, and the penalty will still apply. Please arrive for class early or on time.
Class Passes are non refundable, non-extendable, and non transferable to other persons. They are subject to time limits. Always check your expiration date before and after your purchase.

Private Class/ Workshop Appointments
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for private classes and workshops. Full payment will be charged if you cancel a private session with less than 24-hour notice. No refunds will be given.
Private Parties (birthday and bachlorette):
Full payment will be charged if you cancel a private session with less than 24 hour notice. Private party deposits are refundable up to 7 days in advance of the party. If you are late for a private party it will end at the original time.
