Please do not come to class if you have a temperature of 100.1 or above or are experiencing flu-like symptoms.
All classes start on time, so please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts to set up your mat and be ready in time. (If it’s your first time at the studio, arrive at least 10 minutes before class.) When a student arrives late, it interrupts the flow and energy of the class, being disruptive for both the students and the teacher. We understand that sometimes things happen, but for the safety and experience of the students, doors will lock 5 minutes after class start time. Once doors are locked, you will not be able to enter for class.
Please remove your shoes as you enter the practice space and place them with any other belongings in one of the cubbies located at the front of the studio.
Turn off or silence your phone. Phones going off in the middle of class is also very disruptive for both the students and teacher.
Wear appropriate, comfortable clothing. Think flexible, breathable fabrics that you can move freely in and that won’t get in your way or cause a wardrobe malfunction.
Please let your teacher know about any injuries, ailments, or recent surgeries before class.
We encourage you to register and pay in advance. We have a set maximum capacity for classes, so we encourage everyone to register and pay in advance. If you choose to drop in instead of registering in advance, there may be a chance you won’t be able to join us if the class is full.
Morning Classes and Sunday classes can park in Pattis La Cucina parking lot. Evening Classes MUST find street parking. Please DO NOT park at Pattis during their business hours they have limited parking and need to be able to accommodate their guests for dine-in and take-out.

Join Cam and Katie for a mini-retreat combining the benefits of Yin Yoga and Massage. In this slow paced class, Cam will lead you through supported Yin practice, holding poses for several minutes at a time. While in Yin poses, Katie will apply massage techniques to further relieve stress and tension. Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissue in the body by holding the poses for longer periods of time, slowing the body and thus the mind. As your body softens into the Yin shapes, it will be encouraged to release and open further.
