Glow

Class is set with low lighting and candles for a serene flowing practice. Open to all levels. Glow will allow you to slow things down and drop into the essence of your being. Melt away physical and mental tension with slow movement, breath work and meditation.Unwind with this deeply relaxing class.

Connect

Our signature Vinyasa (flow) Style class. Suitable for all levels. You can expect a dynamic flow, that blends creative sequencing, alignment, and breath awareness to give you a well rounded practice.

Evolve

In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Perfect for the beginning yoga students as well as students of all-levels looking to refresh the central importance of the physical practice. This class will teach individuals the basic fundamentals of Vinyasa yoga, which places the body with intention and purpose. Students will learn yogic breathing, how to connect breath to movement through aligning the body, building strength, and how to find clarity in the mind, leading to relaxation and stress relief.

Vibe

 This is a gentle class where a series of options are given for each posture to allow students to find the optimal balance between support and challenge to meet them where they are at the moment. This class will incorporate an exploration of alignment, strength, balance, flexibility, breath, and relaxation. All are welcome to this class.

​Rise

This beginners class introduces fundamental principles of alignment, and breath work. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose.

Sculpt
Sculpt is a high-energy, full-body workout designed to build strength, tone muscle, and elevate your heart rate. This class blends strength training, functional movement, and bursts of cardio to create a powerful, results-driven experience. Expect a mix of weights, bodyweight exercises, and dynamic sequences that target your glutes, core, arms, and legs—while keeping you moving and sweating. You’ll leave feeling stronger, empowered, and energized. All levels welcome. Modifications and challenges are always offered.
