Evolve
In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Perfect for the beginning yoga students as well as students of all-levels looking to refresh the central importance of the physical practice. This class will teach individuals the basic fundamentals of Vinyasa yoga, which places the body with intention and purpose. Students will learn yogic breathing, how to connect breath to movement through aligning the body, building strength, and how to find clarity in the mind, leading to relaxation and stress relief.
Vibe
This is a gentle class where a series of options are given for each posture to allow students to find the optimal balance between support and challenge to meet them where they are at the moment. This class will incorporate an exploration of alignment, strength, balance, flexibility, breath, and relaxation. All are welcome to this class.

Rise
This beginners class introduces fundamental principles of alignment, and breath work. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose.
Mat Pilates
This low impact class is great for all fitness levels. Mat Pilates is a way to stretch and strengthen your body, primarily the muscles of the core that span from your hips to your shoulders. This is a full body workout that will increase your flexibility and strength as you move through a series of dynamic movements restoringbalance of the low back and abdominals.
Along with the exercises originally developed by Joseph Pilates, Mat Pilates borrows from disciplines such as dance, yoga and classic calisthenics and adapts the moves to work with just your body and floor mat. The exercises are designed to align, lengthen and strengthen the body in a unique way. Most movements are non-impact and non-weight bearing. All require focus and concentration.
Classes are formatted for all levels and modifications are available for anyone with physical limitations or injuries.
